Handling of Personal Information

Personal Information Protection Policy

Mary Quant Cosmetics Ltd. The Company handles personal information provided by customers who are minors in the same manner as personal information provided by adult customers. However, in the case of customers aged 15 years or under, parental or guardian consent may be required where necessary.

Compliance with Laws, Improvement, and Modification

The Company complies with laws and other regulations pertaining to personal information and reviews the handling of personal information in a timely manner, endeavoring to make improvements and modifications where necessary. Handling of Personal Information obtained from Mary Quant Members

With regard to Mary Quant Members--customers who regularly use Mary Quant Cosmetics Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mary Quant") products--personal information provided by customers, such as name, address, and telephone number (hereinafter referred to as "personal information"), as well as information pertaining to the details of counseling carried out by Mary Quant (hereinafter referred together with "personal information" as "personal information, etc.") is handled as follows.

Purpose of Personal Information Use

Mary Quant uses personal information for the purpose of providing customers with information about suitable products related to beauty, fashion, and services. We use Squarespace Analytics to allow us to see how our online store website is performing by giving us information on visitor behaviour on the website. This information produces statistics such as website traffic, popular searches, etc. This data cannot personally identify any site visitor and it is used purely for the purpose of helping us to understand our customer base and its purchasing preferences. We may transfer your personal information to a third party if we are under a duty to disclose or share it in order to comply with any legal obligation, as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation, as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets to any third party, to enforce our rights or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers or employees. However, we will take reasonable steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected.
